“In a society that says, ‘Put yourself last,’ self-love and self-acceptance are revolutionary.” – Brene Brown. Managing life with mental health can feel quite difficult, overwhelming, and sometimes feel impossible. These are common feelings when dealing with significant life stress. Therapy is a great way to regain your love for life again as well as learn how to make self-love a priority in your life. You are not alone in your journey through life, and I want you to know that I can help. I have worked with a diverse group of people throughout my career, and I hope to help everyone learn that their happiness in life is important.

My approach to therapy is with a variety of evidence-based practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I am receptive to learning about new ways to live life and I provide therapy with a strengths based, person-centered focus.

Asking for help can feel like one of the hardest things to do, but it is often the first step to feeling hopeful and learning to love yourself again. Everyone deserves to live a life full of happiness.
